Vinorelbine is a chemotherapy drug. It is used to treat many forms of cancer, including breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. It's complete mechanism of action is not well understood, but it appears to prevent cell division by interfering with the microtubules that pull chromosomes apart during cell division.

It has side effects typical of other chemotherapy drugs, such as suppressing bone marrow, nausea and diarrhea. It is contraindicated for pregnant women.
