Eric Foreman went to interview Jacques to see if Elise could have been exposed to something at her work place. Jacques tells Foreman that Elise worked preparing roast meats and gravies. Her grill was cleaned solely with physical force with no chemicals. He also insisted that they didn't need chemicals because they kept the kitchen free of pests. He was dismissive that Elise could have caught anything in the kitchen because he and many of his staff spent fifteen hours a day there and felt just fine.
