Glenda was the mother of Daryl, the patient in the Season 6 episode Moving the Chains. She was portrayed by actress Denise Dowse.
At the beginning of the episode, she's telling footballs scouts about her son when he suddenly attacks another player. She accompanies him to the hospital.
However, when Daryl wants to be released to play football despite the wishes of his doctors, Glenda asks him to listen to the doctors even if it means losing his chance to be exposed to football scouts.
