Garney was the unfortunate gentleman House decided to try to have a conversation with at the Mayfield fundraising party in the Season 6 episode Broken. He was portrayed by Albert Malafronte.
House starts by saying "Hi", but is soon using his observational skills and pegs Garney as both a wealthy donor and a former Mayfield patient with some sort of anxiety disorder. House then tells Garney that he's having an inappropriate affair with Dr. Nolan, which makes Garney back away.
