Gregory House was stuck in the clinic on orders of Lisa Cuddy, but became very disruptive because he was bored. In order to make a game out of treating patients, Cuddy offered him ten dollars for every patient House diagnosed without touching them. House was up $20 when he was directed to the examination room. He saw the patient, a beautiful young woman. He looked dismayed, closed the door, completed the examination, and gave Cuddy back $10 of the $20 he had won rather than go through the whole examination while not giving into temptation to touch her.
